Our approach is geared towards making successful matches possible between ambitious candidates and companies at exactly the right time.

Context: What's the position and what is the context in which the position resides? What are the companies' ambitions, the challenges that go with it and what type of candidate is best suited to make it a succes. 

We're not 'order takers' but look at the likelihood of succes and advise proactively. We engage with candidates in a similar fashion and focus on their skills, ambitions for the future and which next steps will bring them there.

Network: Based on the agreed upon search-profile we focus our efforts only on those candidates of whom we know (or show a high likelihood) that they fit the profile we're looking for.

 

For this we use Direct Search rather than job postings (this is something companies can do themselves). Next to that, experience shows that a passive "post & pray" approach is not the way to engage the type of candidates who are really going to drive your business to new levels.

Storytelling: When in contact with our candidates we tell them the full story of our client. A lot of the companies we work with are not well known to the greater public yet offer great opportunities. It's up to us to bring these to the attention of carefully selected candidates. The same holds true for the way we present candidates to our clients. We supply a broad perspective on the background of our candidates and why we see them as a potential fit for the position and for the company.

 

The result of this approach is that we get candidates at the table that our clients would otherwise never see. Candidates who are motivated, know why they're there and who can help our clients and themselves long term.
